Beginner's Guide to Testing Web3 Apps

Requirements

  • Write a minimum of 750 words on the topic

  • Must touch on what web3 apps are, why they are different than other apps, and how to get started with user-testing them

  • Must include a step-by-step guide for creating a wallet with MetaMask and how to switch between test networks

  • Must include a high-level explanation of what at testnet is, such as Rinkeby and Kovan, and how to go about getting testnet coins

  • Must include a link to test version of a beginner-friendly web3 app, so the reader can try out the flow for themselves

  • Delivered within 14 days, else the bounty will be released for another creator to pick up

Audience

  • Different from Citrine Labs. This post is geared toward experienced UI/UX designers and product people who are interested in working in web3

  • This post will be published on Web3Designers.org
